Another spill in neighboring county On June 18, the North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH) was notified of a 250 barrel spill of brine from a leaking pipeline owned by Endure Operating. The spill is located approximately three miles northeast of Mohall in Bottineau County. Soil and surface water of West Cutbank Creek were impacted in the vicinity of the spill. The company has responded; cleanup of the soil and removal of salt-impacted water in the creek is underway. The NDDoH will work with the company on a remediation and mitigation plan.
